3.1 Decision making
Decisions taken by the SPPA: agendas, reports and papers provided for consideration and minutes of Board (or equivalent) meetings
Management Board Meetings record the main strategic decision processes at the SPPA.
Public consultation and engagement strategies
Customer Satisfaction Survey: It is the aim of the SPPA to deliver a high quality, customer focussed and cost effective service to its stakeholders. In order to review the quality of service, the Agency conducts an annual survey into the satisfaction of customers and is one strand by which the Agency now considers its overall performance.
People Survey: Each year the SPPA participates in the annual Civil Service People Survey (staff survey) which covers over 100 UK Departments and forms a cross government approach to developing employee engagement.
Reports of regulatory inspections, audits and investigations carried out by the SPPA
Annual Reports provide information about the SPPA's activities and financial performance.
