Welcome to SPPA online services for members of the Scottish Teachers' and National Health Service Superannuation Schemes only.

Please note: Police and Firefighters statements will be posted direct to members. For Police and Firefighter Annual Benefit Statement guidance notes, please see your relevant website homepage.

NHS and Teachers members can register to use the services and login to a secure online area to:

    • view or print out your latest annual statement
    • use the online calculators to estimate your pension and lump sum options
    • submit a death nomination form
    • notify a change of address
    • contact us online with any pension enquiries


Online services for Scottish Teachers' and National Health Service Superannuation Schemes Pensioner members is now available.

NHS and Teacher Scheme Pensioners are now able to view or print out the following information:

    • monthly pension payslips - available on your normal pay date
    • P60 end of year certificate
    • annual Pension Increase (API) notification

Pensioners can also:

    • notify a change of bank details
    • notify a change of address
    • contact us with any pension enquiries

This service is not available to deferred members or dependants under 16 years old in receipt of pension benefits from SPPA

Registering for the 1st time? 

You will need your:

  • email address,
  • National Insurance number, and
  • Superannuation / GTC or Pension Payroll reference number (input numbers only – max 7).

You can find this information on previous correspondence, your payslip or pension payment advice note.
